Globally enterprises are slowly moving from products to service oriented consumption model. This has positive impact on India also and Indian enterprises – specially SMEs are aggressively looking at services from the vendors. Therefore, there is a growing demand of Managed Service Pro¬viders (MSP) in India, which has triggered growth in MSP ecosystem in the country. Customers want MSPs to support in every stage of their ICT modernization and digital transformation. The global managed services market size was reached at USD 312.72 billion in 2022 and it is anticipated to rake USD 757.10 billion by 2030.
As the customers are modernizing their infrastructure, network and security, thy need partners who can support them from consultation on solution designing, to building applications, to optimization and support. Therefore, MSPs need to raise their skillsets in various domains and qualify them to be customer ready. MSP India Summit 2023’s objective is to create a ground of thought leadership around emerging technologies, trends, skillsets and how MSPs can scale up their services. It is also place where vendors can showcase various solutions and service capabilities. It is also a place of great networking between the vendors and the MSPs.

The MSP Summit and Awards organised by @Sanjib Mohapatra and @Sanjay Mohapatra of @SMEChannels on 7th July, 2023 is now set a benchmark in MSP industry. This is the first time, an event along with recognition exclusively for MSP fraternity, has been conducted with nationwide participation. The delegates and the awardees are not only from local cities but also from various states of India.
